Agilos IT d.o.o. strives to ensure the accessibility of its website https://www.agilos-it.com in accordance with the Act on Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia, as well as with the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 Level AA.

Monitoring the implementation of the regulation

The oversight of the implementation of the Accessibility Act is carried out by the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Croatia. Inspections are conducted by inspectors and other authorized officials of the Commissioner’s Office.

The supervision is subject to the provisions of the Act on the Right of Access to Information (NN 25/13 and 85/15).
